Navigation, formatting, tables, fields, and custom shortcuts.
Formatting and Ribbon keys
Ctrl+B/I/U bold, italic, underline. Ctrl+Shift+N applies Normal. Alt then letter activates Ribbon tabs (e.g. Alt+N Insert).
Ctrl+Shift+> / < change font size. Assign Heading 1 to Ctrl+Alt+1 via File → Options → Customize Ribbon → Keyboard shortcuts if IT allows.

Ctrl+H
Do this
Ctrl+H → Find Northgate → Replace with Northgate Academy → Replace All → Close.
You should see
- Consistent school name.
Verification
Check your work
You are correct if all of these are true:
- Replace completed via Ctrl+H — not manual retyping every instance.
- Fields updated with F9 after structural edits.
- You saved with Ctrl+S at the end.
