Icons for wayfinding

Insert \to Icons opens Microsoft's searchable library. James adds a location pin beside the open-day map paragraph and a clock beside registration times — vector icons scale cleanly in PDF. After insert, Graphics Format \to SVG settings let you recolour icons to match the document theme without pixelation.

3D models and SVG files

Insert \to 3D Models embeds rotatable models (useful for a science-open-day flyer inside the appendix). Insert \to Pictures \to This Device accepts .svg files from marketing — they stay sharp at any zoom. Alt text is required: right-click \to View Alt Text \to describe what the icon communicates (e.g. "Registration desk location").
