Modern comments workflow
Dr. Helen Marsh selects the behaviour paragraph and clicks Review → New Comment: "Shorten this for Year 7 parents." James replies in the thread, then Resolve when done.
@mentions notify colleagues on SharePoint. Comment navigation (Review → Next Comment) jumps between threads. Delete removes resolved noise before PDF export.
