Parents expect to see the new astroturf pitch on screen. 1 Click the Sports facilities slide (or add a Two Content slide). 2 Click Insert \to Pictures \to This Device . 3 Select sports-block.jpg (or any school photo) and click Insert . 4 Drag a corner handle inward to shrink. Hold Shift to keep proportions. 5 Expected result: A photo sits on the slide without stretching sideways. Dragging side handles stretches the photo — the pitch looks warped on the Main Hall projector. Always drag corner handles.

Crop removes distracting edges without deleting the file. 1 Click the photo on the slide. 2 Click Picture Format \to Crop \to Crop . 3 Drag the black crop handles inward, then click Crop again to finish. 4 Expected result: The photo shows a tighter view of the subject.
