Calculating With Bounds: Multiplication and Division
Multiplying or dividing bounded values follows the same pairing idea as addition and subtraction.

Example 1 — bounds of an area
A rectangle's sides are given as cm and cm, both to decimal place. Find the maximum and minimum possible area.

Example 2 — bounds of a speed calculation
A distance is measured as (to the nearest ) and a time as s (to the nearest s). Speed = distance ÷ time. Find the maximum and minimum possible speed.
