One theme, consistent colours
Marketing sends brand hex codes. Design → Themes applies coordinated colours, fonts, and effects to headings, tables, charts, and shapes in one click.
James picks Office or a custom saved theme Northgate 2026 so the cover WordArt, table header fill, and chart bars share the same blue.
Custom theme fonts and colours
Design → Colors → Customize Colors sets Accent 1 to school blue. Design → Fonts → Customize Fonts sets Heading font Arial and Body Calibri (or trust guidelines).
Save Current Theme names the set for reuse on NorthgateOpenDay.pptx and Excel charts — cross-app branding.
