Review → Editor improves clarity on the welcome letter. Home → Dictate drafts text by voice — James still edits every sentence for Northgate Academy's voice before Dr. Helen Marsh approves.
Copilot can suggest paragraphs — treat output as first draft only. Check facts (dates, addresses, policy names). Never publish Copilot text without human review on safeguarding content.
Cloud save and collaboration
AutoSave on SharePoint prevents lost chapters. Comments and @mentions replace email attachments. Transcribe (Home → Dictate → Transcribe) imports interview notes for governor minutes — separate from the parent handbook.
Document Q&A features require M365 licensing — if Copilot is unavailable, Editor and dictation still help.
