Exporting Data to Excel, PDF, and Word
Select an object in the Navigation Pane, choose a destination format from External Data, and send the result out for people who don't have Access installed.

Goal
Export a table, query, form, or report to another file format.
Exporting a report to PDF is an especially common, polished way to share a finished, formatted document with someone who doesn't have Access installed at all.

Do this
In the Navigation Pane, click once on the table, query, form, or report you want to export.
